Author's Corner > Oral Presentation

Your paper have been accepted for ORAL presentation during ESREF 2023, it's now time to start  preparing your slide presentation.

The presentation slides must be uploaded by the author in the dedicated AudioVideo room until the day before the session takes place.
The time slot is 20 min, but the presentation should be contained in 15 min, since 5 min are left for discussion
File format: PPT or PPTX
Prefered format: 16:9
There is not a mandatory template, but authors can refer to this one for their convenience.
 
Author Corner: After each technical session an author corner will be in the session room. Each author will have a panel on which he would present 2 or 3 A4 or US-Letter pages to summarise its work and exchange with the audience. Please bring with you these printed pages. It will be difficult to print them during the conference.
